Work Experience

Ylber Shehu is an experienced patent and trademark agent with a proven track record of success in the legal and intellectual property fields. Ylber Shehu obtained his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law at Iliria University in Kosovo. During his studies, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles and gained valuable insights into the complexities of intellectual property law. Ylber has extensive experience working with the State Prosecutors Office as well as the banking sector in Kosovo.
Ylber Shehu works with the Kosovo customs and other authorities on the surveillance, seizure and destruction of counterfeit and pirated goods. He also handles trademark prosecution, including filings, office actions, registrations, recordal and renewals before the Kosovo Industrial Property Agency.
